Dear Garth and family. Your father’s funeral was so beautiful! I can’t begin to tell you just how much it meant to me to be able to witness it. I only wish I could've been there in person to hold you tight, to let you know how much I love you. Thinking of you and your family. I pray God grants you strength and peace in the knowledge that your dad is with our Lord, God, Jesus Christ. Rest in eternal peace uncle Brian xx

My thoughts are with you as you prepare to lay your dad to rest. I loved your dad, he was a wonderful man and human being. You guys are who you are because of him and your mother of course. You have inherited some of his character traits and some of his ways " open warm honest decent fun loving always smiling demeanour" would have been taught by way of his example.!
Go forward with pride and keep his memory alive in continuing to live his example

To Dad, Pops, Pa ... We are going to miss you so much. You were an inspiration to all of us. You were so loved by our friends - you made them feel part of our family. And it's those values of love and respect that will live in us forever. Everyone who had the pleasure of knowing you and who interacted with you will attest to the fact you were an awesome, fun-loving person who will be sorely missed by all. To my precious Dad!! You've been an inspiration to me all my life. In the same doing also to my friends, colleagues, my immediate family and in-laws. I will miss you terribly but have so many good memories that it may help to ease the pain. Yes, I'm jealous that you're not with us physically anymore but I know in my heart that you're with your spiritual family and more than happy. Love you lots Dad.
